Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate and explain various wireless products, accessories, and plans through hands-on product demos
- Upsell additional products, services, or plans to maximize customer value and satisfaction
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Use strong phone etiquette to follow up with customers and support ongoing sales opportunities
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially within grocery stores or electronics retail environments
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product features and benefits
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling in a retail setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math to optimize store presentation and inventory management
