Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager at WCCTV is responsible for leading inventory management, procurement, logistics, supplier management, and supply chain process improvement initiatives across all U.S. locations. This role ensures accurate inventory visibility, reliable product availability, effective supplier partnerships, and scalable supply chain processes that support the company's current operations and future growth plans. The Supply Chain Manager will partner closely with Operations, Production, Field Service, Finance, Engineering, and regional hub leaders to establish best practices, improve inventory accuracy, reduce stockouts, optimize spend, and implement long-term supply chain solutions. This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive problem solver who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations across all WCCTV locations, ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational readiness.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes, including cycle counts, min/max programs, replenishment strategies, and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, pricing, lead times, and purchasing activities to support business objectives and cost targets.
- Support new product launches by coordinating supplier selection, sourcing strategies, launch volumes, and post-launch supply planning.
- Oversee logistics and inventory movements between facilities while supporting regional hub expansion and operational growth.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into inventory performance, stockouts, spend, and supply chain risks.
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and regional teams to improve inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, and business decision-making.
- Identify operational issues and implement scalable solutions and process improvements rather than simply reporting problems.
- Lead, coach, and develop Supply Chain team members through performance management, team meetings, and one-on-one development sessions.
- Support future implementation and optimization of inventory management, ERP, MRP, and supply chain technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or operations leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory across multiple locations and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Strong background in inventory control, cycle counting, inventory accuracy improvement, and replenishment planning.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, sourcing activities, and procurement operations.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and operational improvements in a growing organization.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing ERP, MRP, inventory, or supply chain management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and drive results through influence and accountability.
