Position Summary


The Quality Assurance Manager at WCCTV leads the company’s quality management program across U.S. operations, ensuring that products, installations, and services meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, enhances product reliability, reduces defects and warranty costs, and promotes a culture of quality and safety. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and Customer Support teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards

· Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO 9001 compliance

· Conduct internal audits, inspections, and manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs

· Establish and oversee quality standards for production, testing, and deployment of surveillance systems

· Develop testing protocols for cameras, mobile surveillance systems, networking, and low-voltage equipment

· Analyze product defects, field failures, and warranty trends, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions

· Manage supplier quality programs, including vendor evaluations, audits, and performance tracking

· Collaborate with Field Service and Technical Support teams to improve installation and service quality

· Lead environmental health and safety (EH&S) initiatives, ensuring OSHA compliance and promoting safety culture

· Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor quality, safety, and operational performance

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) across departments

· Lead, mentor, and develop QA team members while fostering accountability and quality ownership


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred

· 7–10 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing, electronics, or related industry

· Strong experience with quality systems, audits, and CAPA processes

· Knowledge of surveillance systems, electronics, networking, or technical products

· Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies

· Proficiency with ERP, QMS systems, and Microsoft Office

· Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preferred:

· ISO 9001 experience

· OSHA 30 certification

· Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification

· Experience with supplier quality programs and multi-site operations

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and may require occasional travel to company locations. The role requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods and to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position may also perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
