WiredScore and Meter are building the next generation of connectivity for commercial real estate — and we're looking for someone to own our growth across the Southeast US, based in Miami.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows the office real estate ecosystem, has a strong network across the market, and loves building pipeline from scratch.
What you'll own
- Build WiredScore and Meter's presence across the Southeast market.
- Develop and close opportunities with real estate owners and landlords.
- Build partnerships with brokers and other key CRE stakeholders.
- Own your territory end-to-end: mapping the market, prospecting, opening opportunities and closing deals.
- Become a recognised face of WiredScore and Meter within the local commercial real estate community.
You'll be a strong fit if you
- Have a proven track record in sales or business development and know how to build your own pipeline.
- Know the commercial real estate ecosystem — particularly office — and understand how owners, landlords, brokers and property managers make decisions.
- Already have a strong network of relevant relationships you can activate in the market.
- Are a true hunter: self-sufficient, commercially minded and comfortable building without a large supporting infrastructure.
- Can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and own a market independently.
- Are based in or around Miami and comfortable travelling regularly across the region.
