WiredScore and Meter are building the next generation of connectivity for commercial real estate, and we're looking for someone to own our growth across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows the office real estate ecosystem, has a strong network across the market, and loves building pipeline from scratch.

What you'll own

• Build WiredScore and Meter's presence across the Southwest market.
• Develop and close opportunities with real estate owners and landlords.
• Build partnerships with brokers and other key CRE stakeholders.
• Own your territory end-to-end: mapping the market, prospecting, opening opportunities and closing deals.
• Become a recognised face of WiredScore and Meter within the local commercial real estate community.

You'll be a strong fit if you

• Have a proven track record in sales or business development and know how to build your own pipeline.
• Know the commercial real estate ecosystem — particularly office — and understand how owners, landlords, brokers and property managers make decisions.
• Already have a strong network of relevant relationships you can activate in the market.
• Are a true hunter: self-sufficient, commercially minded and comfortable building without a large supporting infrastructure.
• Can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and own a market independently.
• Are based in or around Phoenix and comfortable travelling regularly across the region.
