Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Billerica, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales & Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales activities, and responding to customer inquiries. Tasks include managing accounts, assisting with order processing, supporting sales teams with training efforts, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves driving sales growth and offering product recommendations tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively manage client interactions
- Proven experience in sales and sales management to drive business growth and meet targets
- Experience in training and supporting sales teams to enhance productivity and knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot software and other sales support tools is a plus
- Proficiency with Shopify and other ecommerce platorms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when working remotely
- Familiarity with skincare or beauty industry products is preferred but not required
