MFT Support Engineer (IBM Sterling)
Location: Onsite / Remote
Job Description:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for MFT platforms and file transfer workflows
- Troubleshoot:
- Failed file transfers
- Connectivity issues (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS)
- Certificate/SSL issues
Required Skills (Primary – IBM Sterling)
* Strong experience in:
* IBM Sterling File Gateway
* IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
* IBM Connect:Direct
* IBM Sterling Control Center / Director
* Good understanding of:
* File transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP/S, AS2, HTTP/S)
* PKI, SSL/TLS, certificate lifecycle
* Unix/Linux basics (shell scripting preferred)
* Networking fundamentals (firewalls, ports, DNS)
Mandatory Skills: IBM MQ Infra Admin .
Experience: 3-5 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
