We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Lead to maintain
outdoor spaces while leading crews. This role involves physical work
such as planting, hardscaping, and general landscape upkeep to ensure
properties look clean and well-maintained.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Lead to maintain
outdoor spaces while leading crews. This role involves physical work
such as planting, hardscaping, and general landscape upkeep to ensure
properties look clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and supervise landscaping crews to ensure contract completion.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Water plants and monitor for health issues
- Hardscaping (e.g., patios, retaining walls, etc.)
- Clean up debris and job sites
- Assist with mulch, soil, and sod installation
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain and clean equipment after each use to ensure proper
- During Winter season, assist with snow and ice removal operations
- All other duties as assigned.
- 3 years landscape industry experience required.
- 3 years management experience required.
- Valid Drivers License required; CDL preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Must have knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, and walking
