Multi Offices- Technology Transactions - Mid-Level Associate

Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate (3–6 years) for our Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco office with a strong focus on intellectual property and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on IP and AI matters in private equity and M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence and negotiating transaction documents. This role requires a solid background in commercial contracting and software licensing, with the ability to manage complex, tech-driven deals. Experience with data privacy and cybersecurity is a plus. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
