A Process Improvement Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This role focuses on identifying process inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, and implementing scalable improvements that enhance quality, cost efficiency, service levels, and overall operational performance.
The role partners with cross-functional teams across operations, quality, IT, engineering, finance, and customer service to support end-to-end supply chain execution. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting warehouse and distribution operations, and ensuring consistent process execution across sites and third-party logistics providers. The position also supports new product introductions, operational transitions, and readiness activities for new or changing supply chain networks.
A key responsibility is analyzing operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that drive continuous improvement. The role may also support system-related initiatives, including testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for enterprise supply chain platforms such as SAP HANA 4. Additional responsibilities include participating in audits, compliance reviews, and operational assessments, particularly in regulated or high-volume environments.
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a strong background in continuous improvement and cross-functional project delivery. They are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization while driving measurable business results in complex operational environments.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
