Lead end-to-end supply chain business process excellence across demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution in a high-growth, asset-light CPG environment. Experience with e2eSupply Chain Operations and new product development
- .Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable gains in service levels, inventory optimization, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and supply chain agility
- .Design, standardize, and implement scalable supply chain processes, including S&OP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and network optimization
- .Partner with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to improve supply reliability, production planning alignment, lead times, and distribution performance
- .Serve as the business lead for supply chain systems transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable solutions within SAP S/4HANA and advanced planning platforms (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan)
- .Identify and implement digital transformation, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance supply chain decision-making and operational performance
- .Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into supply chain performance and enable data-driven decision making
- .Lead cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to improve network efficiency and customer experience across retail and eCommerce channels
- .Manage and develop a small team (1–2 direct reports) while championing best practices in process excellence, project management, and change management
- .Bring 6 years of progressive supply chain transformation experience within CPG, beauty, personal care, or related industries, with expertise in SAP, planning systems, analytics, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and large-scale business process improvement initiatives
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
