3 Year Old Lead Teacher - Preschool

Winston-Salem Christian School’s Early Learning Center seeks a joyful, energetic, and nurturing Three-Year-Old Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and Christ-centered formation. This educator will cultivate a warm, engaging classroom that supports children’s spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth through play-based learning and intentional instruction

· Integrate biblical truth and Christian values into daily routines and instruction

· Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and needs

· Collaborate with ELC leadership and staff to support school mission and culture

Qualifications & Attributes

· Passion for working with young children in a faith-based setting

· Demonstrated energy, warmth, patience, and enthusiasm

· Understanding of early childhood development and best practices

· Ability to actively engage students through movement, play, and interactive learning

· Strong classroom management and relational skills

· Alignment with the mission and Christian worldview of Winston-Salem Christian School

· Relevant education/experience in early childhood education preferred
