The Day to Day
Welcome customers and build trust by understanding their vehicle concerns.
Diagnose service needs through customer conversations, vehicle inspections, and road tests.
Prepare repair recommendations and estimates; obtain customer approval before work begins.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses, timely repairs, and quality workmanship.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with regular updates.
Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery.
Recommend additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
Deliver a professional, customer-first experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
