Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Administrator role based in Wilmington, DE. The Payroll Administrator will process payroll for dealership and collision center team members, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee payroll records, managing deductions and garnishments, coordinating payroll taxes, and supporting employee benefit-related payroll entries. The role also involves responding to payroll inquiries, reconciling payroll-related accounts with the accounting team, preparing payroll reports, and assisting with audits and process improvements. The Payroll Administrator will collaborate closely with HR and management to support a smooth and confidential payroll experience for all employees.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Payroll Administration, including accurate processing, recordkeeping, and compliance.
- Experience managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes in line with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Knowledgeable in commission based compensation plans and incentive/bonus processing

Leave Management tracking and records maintence.
- Proficiency with Payroll software (Paycom Preferred) and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet regular deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and managementin a fast paced environment.
- Prior payroll experience in a multi-location environment is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
