THE DAY TO DAY
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
Build relationships by understanding each customer's needs, budget, and lifestyle
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Explain vehicle features, financing, lease options, and available protection products
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers through phone, text, email, and CRM tools
Stay informed on Ford and Hyundai products, incentives, and inventory
Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving individual and dealership sales goals
Qualifications:
