Experienced Technicians will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision, alongside a team that communicates clearly and supports you with training, the right tools, and steady work.
THE DAY TO DAY
Diagnose fast & accurate to pinpoint the root cause and build a clear repair plan
Deliver maintenance and repairs to a high standard—clean work, every time
Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs
Manage your bay efficiently—prioritize, stay organized, and keep jobs moving
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts to keep approvals

Document findings and recommendations clearly with
pro-level notes, no surprises, no confusion
Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and road-ready
THE RIGHT FIT
Hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning
Technical certifications and/or formal training
Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix
Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation
Quality-focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners
Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track
Ownership mindset—work independently and take responsibility for results
