THE DAY TO DAY

Welcome customers and deliver a professional, consultative buying experience.

Learn each customer's needs and recommend the right Subaru or Volkswagen for their lifestyle and budget.

Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Present vehicle features, technology, financing, leasing, and protection products with confidence.

Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding follow-up and service.

Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage sales opportunities.

Stay current on manufacturer products, incentives, and promotions.

Achieve individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We're Looking For

1–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred

Subaru or Volkswagen experience is a plus—but successful automotive sales professionals from all brands are encouraged to apply.

Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable using CRM tools, phone, text, and email to manage customer relationships

Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
