Job Summary
The Winnebago Chassis Warranty Senior Lead Specialist is responsible for representing Winnebago with the highest level of professionalism while leading a team in a safety-focused, results-driven environment. This role ensures warranty and non-warranty chassis repairs are completed efficiently to meet production and sales demands. The Senior Lead Specialist provides technical leadership, communicates recurring issues appropriately, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports overtime work when required to meet workload demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Winnebago positively and professionally in all internal and external interactions.
- Lead, coach, and support a team in a safety-first work environment, promoting safe work practices at all times.
- Ensure production and sales needs are met through timely and high-quality completion of chassis repairs.
- Perform and oversee warranty and non-warranty chassis diagnostics and repairs.
- Utilize chassis-supplied diagnostic equipment accurately and effectively for troubleshooting and repair.
- Identify, document, and communicate repetitive or systemic chassis issues to appropriate departments for corrective action.
- Ensure team members are consistently complying with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines.
- Work overtime as needed to support workload fluctuations and business demands.
- Maintain clear documentation of repairs, findings, and warranty-related activity.
- Serve as a technical resource and escalation point for complex chassis concerns.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Significant experience with chassis systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Proven ability to use chassis-supplied diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Prior experience leading or coaching a team in a manufacturing or service environment strongly preferred.
