Winnebago Industries, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced Sales & Dispatch Coordinator. This position will be based in Middlebury, Indiana.
Primary Objective of Position: The Sales and Dispatch Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient execution of sales, dispatch, and front office activities. This role supports dealer account maintenance, sales reporting, spiff administration, order processing, and scheduling while serving as backup coverage for Dispatch operations. In addition, the position supports daily office functionality by managing front office readiness, visitor reception, and administrative supply coordination. The Sales and Dispatch Coordinator works cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams to maintain business continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of day‑to‑day operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for setup and maintenance of new dealers, along with maintaining existing dealers in NetSuite. This includes any changes to freight, flooring company, address, contact information or name changes.
- Send pricing and spec information to NADA (approx. 6 times per year).
- Enter and maintain programs for sales spiffs. Create and approve programs approved by General Manager. Assist dealers with questions regarding spiff and website issues and spiff account setup.
- Prepare and distribute daily sales and yard reports to internal teams.
- Provide support and backup for order processing, flooring activities, and production scheduling to ensure continuity of operations.
- Provide support and backup coverage for Dispatch operations during periods of absence or increased workload.
- Serve as a front office point of contact, greeting onsite visitors and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Monitor, maintain, and reorder office and administrative supplies as needed to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate reception coverage and front office readiness, including coverage during vacations or illness.
- Manage incoming calls, deliveries, and visitor inquiries by routing to appropriate departments or contacts.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks to assist Sales, Dispatch, and Operations teams and maintain daily office functionality.
Education & Experience
- Well organized, multi-tasker, detail oriented.
- RV experience highly preferred.
Physical Demands
- Office environment, majority computer work.
