What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Coordinator position at Winnebago Industries Inc?
SUMMARY:
Working as a member of the Receiving Dept, the Parts Runner is responsible for organizing incoming shipments and pulling/delivering materials needed to the production line.
Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Load and unload packages.
- Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, etc.
- Generate pick lists, receive, and check incoming pick tickets.
- Organizing material located in assembly
- Performing parts presentation duties such as unboxing material, dispositioning, and breakdown of trash/recycling
- Pull material to fulfill orders properly
- Attention to detail and accuracy of material counts is equired
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed
- Document orders, materials, and any stock movements
- Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactively identifies opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.
- Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
- Perform other general duties as directed.
- Communicate cross-functionally with production and warehouse.
- Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
