Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment for lawn maintenance tasks.
- Apply herbicides, fertilizers, and other chemical agents following pesticide management guidelines and safety procedures.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify lawn health issues.
- Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, safety protocols followed, and service reports for each client.
- Engage with customers professionally to explain treatments, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Will be required to assist lawn maintenance crews with mowing, trimming, and/or landscaping as needed.
Requirements
- State of Illinois Pesticide Operator's License (required)
- Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or related fields is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of herbicide application techniques, pest control methods, and chemical handling safety protocols.
- Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and confidently drive in various conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
