Green Machines Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, self-motivated professional who takes pride in quality work and wants more than just another lawn care job.
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into an Operations Manager position with increased responsibility, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing as the company continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential properties
- Maintain a high standard of quality on every property
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Keep equipment, trailer, and work areas clean and organized
- Learn our systems and operating procedures
- Help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual

- Comfortable working outdoors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 pounds
Lawn care experience is a plus, but character, reliability, and accountability are more important than experience.
