This is a hands-on restaurant job with physical demands. You will not stay stuck on one station. Instead, you will cross-train on everything from ringing up orders to cooking food and scrubbing the dining area. It fits someone who is comfortable staying on their feet, dealing with loud kitchen noise, and working directly around hot oil.

Qualifications to Apply

• Required:
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of job experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for an 8-hour shift
• Tolerance for loud noise, temperature changes, and working with hot oil
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Shift Responsibilities

• Take customer orders at the front counter and process payments through the register.
• Cook wings and fries using commercial fryers, managing timers and basket positions accurately.
• Sauce and garnish bone-in wings, boneless wings, and chicken strips to order.
• Filter and replace fryer shortening daily following strict safety rules.
• Clean tables, chairs, doors, and windows in the dining room.
• Restock bathroom supplies and sweep the floors throughout your shift.
• Complete opening or closing tasks depending on your assigned schedule.
