Kitchen Help/Cook

We're seeking dependable, skilled kitchen professionals to join the team at Wings To Go in Burlington. We're looking for individuals who take pride in consistency, quality, and teamwork while thriving in a fast paced restaurant environment. What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain your station with the tools and ingredients needed for service
• Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other menu items for daily operations
• Cook menu items using grills, ovens, fryers, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment
• Monitor food throughout the cooking process and adjust as needed for quality and consistency
• Plate dishes with attention to freshness, flavor, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Properly store food and monitor freshness and product quality
• Communicate inventory needs, shortages, and operational concerns to management
• Assist with training, leadership, and day to day kitchen operations as opportunities arise

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Comfortable using knives, cookware, and commercial kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Reliable team player with good communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a busy, high energy environment
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Culinary training is a plus but not required
