What You'll Do
- Accurately take and process walk-in, dine-in, and phone orders
- Handle cash and card transactions with attention to detail
- Greet guests and create a welcoming first impression
- Assist with seating and maintaining an organized dining area
- Clear and reset tables as needed to support efficient service
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized front counter and dining room
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely orders
- Help create a guest experience that keeps customers coming back
