Duties
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls promptly and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and respond to any incidents or emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to ensure all records are accurate and complete
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk software, and resort or hotel environments is advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism during night shifts
- Familiarity with hospitality standards such as phone etiquette, guest services, and hotel security protocols
