What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative (PART TIME) position at Wingate by Wyndham?
Must be able to work 3p - 11p and 7a - 3p************** 4 days a week.
Responsibilities: -
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously -
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements: -
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette - language skills (if applicable to the location) -
- management systems is a plus -
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
