Winfield Street Coffee is looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Barista to help guide our downtown Stamford team. You’ll set the tone for excellent service, train new baristas, and ensure our guests consistently enjoy top-notch coffee and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead barista operations during your shift, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
- Train and support new baristas on drink recipes, customer service, and store procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations
- Jump in wherever needed—register, food prep, espresso bar, or pastry display
- Help resolve guest concerns with warmth and professionalism
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks as needed
