What You’ll Do:
- Lead all bar operations during your shift
- Mix and serve classic & signature cocktails, beer, and wine
- Set the tone with great hospitality and guest engagement
- Manage inventory, prep, cleanliness, and restocking
- Train and support other bartenders and cross-train baristas
- Collaborate with leadership on menu ideas and seasonal specials
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–2 years of bartending experience (lead or supervisor role a plus)
- Are fast, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Know how to keep a bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Enjoy curating a guest experience, not just serving drinks
