Lead Barista – Full Time (Weekends Required)

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Barista to oversee daily coffee operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our guests. This full-time role is hands-on and leadership-driven, perfect for someone passionate about specialty coffee, team training, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day coffee operations and ensure consistent beverage quality
• Place and track orders for coffee, milk, syrups, and related supplies
• Train, coach, and support barista staff to uphold service standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the coffee bar
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and control costs
• Report directly to the General Manager with updates on operations, staff, and needs
• Work weekends and flexible shifts as required

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience with strong coffee knowledge (leadership experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment
