Responsibilities
- Early morning baking shift with transition into prep/line cook on some days.
- Baking a variety of breakfast pastries and afternoon treats.
- Preparing line items for the day's breakfast and lunch menus.
- Opening/closing the line.
Qualifications
- Must be a morning person as some shifts start at 4.
- Must have knowledge of working in a commercial, fast-paced kitchen.
- Must be clean, organized, and work well in a team environment.
