Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers with the primary goal of scheduling sales appointments and driving dealership traffic
- Engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis to identify sales opportunities and appointment readiness
- Consistently follow up with leads and missed opportunities to maximize appointment set and show rates
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups using CRM software
- Conduct persuasive B2B (business-to-business) and B2C sales conversations, emphasizing value propositions tailored to client needs
- Assist in upselling additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach, lead conversion, and increased appointment volume
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, appointment activity, sales efforts, and inventory management in accordance with organizational standards
Qualifications
- Experience or willing to be trained in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or automotive sales environments preferred
- Strong phone presence with a demonstrated ability to confidently make outbound calls and successfully set appointments
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, and upselling techniques within a dealership or retail setting
