Become part of our team! We are seeking a Seasonal full-time Outside Services employee for an elite championship golf course. You will experience the satisfaction of working at a world class facility and learning to meet the demands of a high-end private club. Schedule includes a five day work week to include weekends and some holidays with overtime available. Position runs through mid-May 2026. Practice and playing privileges with potential for end of season bonus
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Outside Services Staff must know the game of golf and will assist in all areas when needed: Pro Shop, Practice Areas, Cart Barn, Ranger, and Starter. Must be courteous and friendly to all employees, Members, and guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Set both practice areas ready for play by 7:30am – 12 Stations (4 on Short Range)
- Stock water coolers at practice areas and golf course sand bottles.
- Ensure 1st row of carts in the barn are cleaned and prepped for play. Scorecard, Pinsheet, Pencil, Towels, Divot Sand.
- Be visible and on the lookout for members and guests at the 1st tee and at bagdrop.
- Assist with play sheet through Whoosh and monitoring of 10th tee.
- Detail members’ personal carts and clean clubs prior to and after play.
- Attend to ALL member requests.
- Detail fleet carts thoroughly after each use.
- Remove trash.
- Check cart reservations and deliver carts when requested.
- Periodically check cart tire pressure and water levels in batteries.
- Inventory fleet carts and club rentals at the end of day.
- Secure all areas at the end of day.
- May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Regular attendance and timeliness are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. Must have the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must be physically present.
