This role is all about creativity, connection, and making every day special for our residents. You’ll be our facility’s ambassador, bringing smiles to residents, staff, visitors, and everyone you meet.
What You'll Do:
- Create Amazing Experiences: Plan and implement fun, engaging activities that cater to the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of our residents.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Work hand-in-hand with our Life Enrichment Coordinator to organize events, ensuring every detail—from space to snacks—is covered.
- Keep It Safe & Fun: Ensure all activities are safe, from transportation to event setup, so residents can enjoy without worry.
- Be the Go-To Liaison: Act as a bridge between residents, administrators, and care coordinators, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
- Make Magic Happen: Ensure every event runs smoothly, leaving our residents feeling happy and cared for.
- Get to Know Residents: Understand each resident’s unique history, needs, and interests to tailor activities that bring them joy.
- Deck the Halls: Decorate common areas to reflect the seasons and holidays, adding a festive touch to the environment.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Work alongside other team members, always with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Stay Informed & Ready: Attend training sessions, assist with marketing events, and keep our activity spaces and vehicles in tip-top shape.
Other Responsibilities:
- Help with marketing events to showcase our community’s vibrant lifestyle.
- Keep our vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for action. Report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Record vehicle usage and manage keys responsibly.
- Pitch in with errands and other tasks as directed by management.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.58 - $20.13 per hour
