The Role As our Health Services Director, you are the heart of our care team! You will oversee the coordination of resident care, mentor and support our Medication Aides and Caregivers, and serve as a key liaison between residents, families, and outside providers. No two days are the same, and your leadership will make a real difference in the lives of our residents every single day.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support our nursing and caregiver team
- Oversee medication management and resident health monitoring
- Coordinate care with outside providers including hospice, physicians, and therapy
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate records, 90-day physician orders, and care plans
- Respond to emergencies and ensure the highest standard of care at all times
What You Bring
- Active, Washington State nursing license LPN or RN.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for memory care and relationship-centered care
- Comfort with computers, documentation, and multitasking
