We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nurse to join our team as Health Services Director. In this role, you will lead and oversee the delivery of resident care, ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Medication Aides, Caregivers, and Licensed Nurses
• Oversee resident care coordination, health monitoring, and service plans
• Manage medication administration, doctor orders, and medication error review
• Coordinate with outside providers including hospice, home health, and therapy services
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and the Administrator

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Licensed Nurse (LN) (RN) in Washington State (required)
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-call and flex hours as needed
