Sales Associate-Draw

Position Overview: Our Retail Sales Associates are the front line for our customers and are established experts for our WindowRama "core" product sales. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building rapport with our existing customers as well as helping us build and expand our existing clientele - all while providing exceptional levels of service. At our beautiful showroom locations throughout the tri-state area, you will have the ability to show customers around our sales floor and demonstrate various vendor products in order to solve our clients' needs while successfully achieving assigned sales goals.Essential Job Functions:Exemplary use of professional sales expertise to foster and continue to build trusted relationships between our customers and WindowRamaDemonstration of strong sales acumen by solving customer needs with extensive window and door product knowledgeDedication and commitment to ensuring that every WindowRama customer receives exceptional serviceCollaboration with every WindowRama teammate to help maximize both sales efficiency and ongoing business opportunitiesEntry of sales orders into our systems with 100% quality, accuracy, and completenessCommunication and coordination company wide, to ensure order fulfillment needs always met or exceed our customers' expectationsProvide sales and retail information to inquiring customers with excellence in order to close sales by quoting effectively and efficientlyProven ability to close deals successfully by quoting orders and working with our Target Team to achieve gross profit marginsKey Competencies:.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to problem-solveAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quicklyAbility to jump in to train / assist other team members when neededAbility to multitask, consistently meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skillsHighly motivated, flexible, with a positive, professional demeanor Passionate about WindowRama and loves our brand!Required Education and Experience:2-3 years of previous window and door sales or fenestration industry experience Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and Sundays, nights, and weekendsProficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window and door projects Technologically capable; comfortable with Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience with AS400 a plusSalary: Retail Sales Associates are paid on an agreed upon draw and commission structure. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. Occasionally may be required to push/pull up to 75 pounds. Salary : $65,000 - $150,000
