Window/Door Salesman & Project Manager
Window Inserts Inc. is seeking a highly professional and organized Window & Door Salesman / Project Manager to join our growing team. This position combines residential sales with hands-on project management, overseeing installations from initial measurement through final completion.
Our office is located in Mahopac, NY, and we proudly service Putnam County, Westchester County, and parts of Dutchess County, NY, as well as Fairfield County, CT.
This role offers room for growth and long-term opportunity, including potential profit sharing. A pickup truck is required (monthly truck allowance provided).
- Measure windows and doors accurately for residential projects
- Meet with homeowners to present and sell window and door solutions
- Prepare estimates and close sales professionally
- Manage installation crews and coordinate project schedules
- Ensure crews have necessary materials and job details
- Communicate clearly between customer and installation team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of measurements, contracts, and job progress
- Represent the company with professionalism in appearance and communication
- Prior experience in window/door sales or related home improvement industry required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance (no visible tattoos when wearing a long-sleeve shirt)
- Must own a pickup truck (monthly allowance provided)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
