As an In-Home Window & Door Salesperson, you will present Pella’s premium window and door solutions to homeowners, understand their needs, and confidently guide them to a purchase. Your focus will be delivering a best-in-class customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

Pella Windows & Doors of CT-NY is the exclusive independent distributor of Pella products across Connecticut and the Hudson Valley. Recently acquired by Army veterans Michael Maniaci and Miles Kirwin, we are a fast-growing, mission-driven team focused on delivering high-quality products, exceptional service, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a structured in-home sales presentation
- Provide a quote at every appointment
- Drive toward a first-visit close and execute timely follow-up (within 24 hours)
- Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
- Maintain a 100% “Very Satisfied” customer experience
- Be available for evening and Saturday appointments
Responsibilities
- Represent and sell replacement Pella products and services to homeowners.
- Aggressively execute on all opportunities through effective time management skills and efficient use of contact management software.
- Maintain an exceptional level of expertise of products/services relating to Pella’s customers, as well as staying abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain solid team-based relationships and communications with internal personnel.
- Visit and/or contact jobs during and/or post installation to ensure a World Class Customer Experience.
- Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of in-home sales experience is required
- Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum insurance requirements
- Ability to lift and carry Sales Tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds

Compensation
- ~$50k - $350k
- The above represents a range of total compensation including commissions and bonuses
- This role is 100% commission eligible
