YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TRADE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Trade Sales Representative, you go straight from home to meet with contractors, builders, and trade professionals in the Durango, CO area. You will spend your day growing relationships, providing expert guidance on Pella's premium windows and doors, and helping customers choose the best solutions for their projects. You will take initiative in identifying new sales opportunities, presenting product demonstrations, and ensuring that every client receives exceptional service. Your ability to manage your sales pipeline, meet your goals, and stay ahead of market trends will be key to your success. Every sale you make brings you closer to earning big through commissions and bonuses while making a real impact in the building industry.
Here's what we need from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with sales
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Experience with windows or doors, a self-starter attitude, and a strong attention to detail are preferred.
