What are the responsibilities and job description for the Windows Rollout Technician position at Encore Talent Solutions?
Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Windows Rollout Technician for a contract position located in the Danbury, CT area. The contract position is estimated to be 4 months in duration.
This position will support a large-scale device migration and enrollment initiative across multiple office locations within the Danbury, CT area.
Responsibilities:
- Reimage end-user devices
- Ensure devices are properly enrolled into Microsoft Entra
- Configure user profiles within Entra ID
- Add devices to appropriate application and/or user groups
Experience:
- Strong IT technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience with user and application group configuration within Microsoft Entra ID
- Device enrollment processes experience
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Cable management experience from workstations
