Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Porter/Maintenance Worker to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our building and grounds. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong mechanical aptitude with a passion for keeping facilities in top shape.
Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with general facilities upkeep to promote safety and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness of store and outside surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or building occupants.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions clearly and document work performed.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
