Position Summary
The hi-pot operator on the first shift (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) is responsible for operating various hi-pot equipment to verify the products meet established quality standards. Responsibilities include accurately recording all relevant quality data, properly packaging and labeling reels for final shipment to the end customer, and maintaining a strong awareness of quality issues and deviations. The position also requires the ability to operate respool equipment and a willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and operate multiple machines
- Knowledgeable with in-process testing procedures for manufacturing
- Excellent time management skills to meet production demands efficiently
- Ability to work required overtime
- Basic Computer skills
