Position Summary
The Multi Cell Operator on the second or third shift is responsible for operating and learning a range of equipment within a designated area to support jacket cells. This includes shielders, twinners, small and large tape wrappers, and respooling equipment. Operators are expected to be proficient in running multiple types of equipment based on order demands and to adjust as needed, moving between machines according to backlog or supervisor instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and operate multiple machines
- Proficient in using a micrometer
- Knowledgeable with in-process testing procedures for manufacturing
- Excellent time management skills to meet production demands efficiently
