What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone, helping customers quickly find the right solutions for their equipment needs
- Keep the warehouse and display areas organized, stocked, and ready to support a smooth and efficient operation
What You Bring:
- A strong commitment to customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer
- A high level of motivation with a goal-driven, team-oriented mindset
- Strong telephone, computer, and communication skills
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Dealership parts experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
