Bobcat of Tidewater, a division of Winchester Equipment Company, is a growing company specializing in the sale, rental and service of top-of-the-line construction equipment. We are seeking a full-time Parts & Service Sales Representative for our Virginia Beach branch.
This customer-facing role focuses on growing aftermarket parts and service sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
- Promote parts, service, and maintenance programs
- Build lasting relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Track customer activity in Badger CRM and call sheets
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in equipment, parts, or service sales (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Able to lift 75 lbs.; high school diploma or equivalent
