We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and help design, demonstrate, and implement effective solutions.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of experience who are interested in technology, solution design, customer interaction, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work with sales and engineering teams to develop appropriate solution approaches.
- Assist in designing, configuring, and implementing technical solutions.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations.
- Assist with proof-of-concept (POC) development and product testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with product, development, implementation, and support teams.
- Evaluate customer environments and recommend appropriate technologies or configurations.
- Assist with system integrations, APIs, databases, and third-party applications as required.
- Conduct technical research and evaluate new technologies and tools.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing technical responses for RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
- Assist with post-sales technical support and solution deployment.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic technology and software concepts.
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C , or C#.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, networking, cloud computing, and system architecture.
