What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Recommend repair and replacement solutions based on customer needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit
- Troubleshoot a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Participate in an on-call rotation and support the team when needed
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to obtain NATE Certification within one year
- Leadership mindset and ability to take ownership of service calls
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Refrigeration experience (helpful but not required)
- Personal HVAC service tools
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
