Experienced Commercial HVAC-R Tech
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Range: $30 per hour (based on experience) Performance Spiffs & Incentives
Annual Earning Potential: $85,000-$100,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Rotating On-Call Schedule

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues
- Recommend repairs and replacement solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support commercial customers
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on HVAC field service experience
- 2 years of commercial refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to make sound repair and replacement recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Experience servicing a wide variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor junior technicians
