We are a growing small business seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/HR Assistant to support our financial and human resources operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks
- Process invoices, payments, and daily transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Assist with payroll and tax preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax-related activities with precision
- Prepare basic financial reports
HR & Administrative support
- Handle HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding and supporting HR policies
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Support payroll, benefits, and time tracking
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring paperwork
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Work comp audits
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
